Dr Gbadebo Hakeem IBRAHEEM is a Senior Lecturer in Surgery with over 12 years of university teaching, research, and administrative experience. He previously served as the examination coordinator for the Department of Surgery and is currently the Coordinator of the Clinical Skills and Simulation Laboratory, College of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin. He is also the current Head of Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital.

Dr Ibraheem’s area of specialization is in orthopaedic surgery. His research interests are in paediatric orthopaedics, spine surgery and clinical simulation & training. He has over 40 published articles in journals and textbooks locally and internationally. He has also supervised several postgraduate theses for candidates of the West African College of Surgeons and the National Postgraduate Medical College.

Dr Ibraheem is a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and a member of several national and international professional associations.
